Service was pleasant and welcoming, though they seem a bit understaffed, particularly at the bell desk. It was very clean and nice, with a comfortable bed, good lighting, plenty of charging outlets, and a spacious bathroom.
I spent one night at the Hard Rock when I attended a concert.
